Sometimes life and work take over your life. I’m currently in one of those crucial moments of personal growth where sadly, I can’t find a minute to myself and can’t stop my mind form working 24/7 on everything but the blog. So I had to stop, and remind myself how important cooking is, and how much I enjoy doing it. I haven’t been sharing any recipes for a couple of weeks now, and my heart has been hurting. Cooking is a space of meditation for me, a place where I keep to myself and think of all the good things happening in life. Without this moment, my mind goes crazy! So I HAD to make this post! I HAD to make this bowl, in order to reming myself why I started this blog, and why I need to continue with it.
Having said that, let me tell you a little bit about my life outside como.come.cami. I have a beautiful side project, The Green Creative, where I pair up with restaurants or food related projects to help them grow. I do photos, digital marketing, web pages, the works. We started it a few years ago, and had only 2 clients. Now we have more than 15 ongoing projects and this makes it difficult to concentrate in my own. Why is we always leave our own projects and dreams behind? Does this happen to everyone too? Nontheless, I’m super happy with everything, just need to find the right balance. And this bowl is slowly making me come back. Earthy ingredients loaded with protein to reming me why I love the blog and food! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did! I’m BACK!
