DIP DE QUESO DE CABRA

GOAT CHEESE DIP INGREDIENTS • 1 cup of goat chevre • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes • 1/2 cup kalamata olives • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil • 3 garlic cloves • Fresh oregano • Salt and pepper PREPARATION 1. In a baking dish place the cherry tomatoes, olives, olive oil and oregano. 2. Make a space in the center and place the goat cheese. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes and serve with bread or cookies.
