GOJI GRANOLA
INGREDIENTES
- 1/2 taza de almendras
- 1 taza de avena libre de gluten
- 1/2 taza semillas de calabaza
- 3/4 taza goji berries Sun Is Shining
- 1/2 taza de quinoa cruda
- 1/2 taza azúcar de coco Sun Is Shining
- 1 cucharada de aceite de coco
PREPARACIÓN
- Tostar las almendras y avena con aceite de coco en una sartén grande a fuego medio. Revolver continuamente para evitar que se queme.
- Agregar quinoa, semillas de calabaza y revolver continuamente.
- Agregar goji berries y azúcar de coco y continuar revolviendo por unos 3-4 minutos o hasta que el azúcar envuelva y caramelice.
- Remover del fuego y disfrutar con tu leche vegetal preferida.

GOJI GRANOLA

- 1/2 cup of almonds
- 1 cup of gluten-free oatmeal
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup goji berries Sun Is Shining
- 1/2 cup raw quinoa
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar Sun Is Shining
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
PREPARATION
- Toast the almonds and oats with coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir continuously to avoid burning.
- Add quinoa, pumpkin seeds and stir continuously.
- Add goji berries and coconut sugar and continue stirring for 3-4 minutes or until the sugar caramelizes.
- Remove from heat and enjoy with your favorite vegetable milk.
